Special Thanks to Eli Duque who said:
Hi there, I placed the order back on the 22 of February, under the name of Eli Duque. Yeah I know it took a little while to get it done it was one of thous weekend projects. The cart is a EZGO 1999 so its a 12 year old cart which now thanks to you guys and the wrap product the cart looks brand new. I appreciate the help and advice I received from you and the step by step application process instructions. even when I had doubts about something, all I did was call you up and you guided me threw it. The product was a lot easier to work with than I thought it would be, the product is very forgiving, I was able to set it and pull it off and reset it till I was happy with the placement of the wrap, I also noticed that using my heat gun made it that much easier. My biggest fear was the whole bubbling thing under the wrap but to my surprise the product some how allows you to squeegee out the bubbles with eases till they disappeared. In all I was amazed on how well it all turned out, and best of all its something that can be done at your own pace and in your own garage. This is one product that I would recommend and am recommending as I tell everyone who’s see my cart.
Thanks again for all the help,
This is Mike Burke’s 1985 BMW K100 with our Blue-Black Flame wrap applied on it. Mike is a very meticulous guy who wanted a different look for his BMW. He contacted us with a special request flame wrap that we had to design for him. Each panel of this BMW was measured by Mike & he told us which sheet of ours that he wanted to use. With a bit of time and effort we edited the sheets to meet his requirements & provided proofs prior to production just to be sure he was getting what he wanted.

Mike’s Personal Comments:
First I would like to thanks the staff of Power Sports Wraps for the time they spent to altering the standard pattern to fit the specific dimensions of my vehicle. I also must confess that I did not install the graphic on the upper fairing, I paid a professional for that part as I had been working on this for 2 weeks and simply wanted it to be finished. Except for the gas tank, I installed the graphic without assistance on the rest of the bike. With that experience in mind, I do not recommend trying to do this alone unless the parts are securely held during the application. Patients is a requirement as it can take several hours to complete a single piece depending on the complexity of the part being covered. My bike had some white spray paint on a few of the surfaces. This created an adhesion problem. After encountering this issue, I used a green scrubbing pad and removed some of the white paint. This seems t o have reduced the tendency of the vinyl to lift the paint off the surface during the application process. Four pieces of black vinyl have been installed on what will be the horizontal surfaces. Be careful with these inside angles, if the vinyl is stretched too much, it may not adhere to the surface, creating the appearance of a bubble. It took me about 12 tries to figure out how to cover this area properly, (I’m probably just a slow learner). The front fender had its own challenge. I ended up with excessive vinyl overlapping near the midpoint of the fender. I decided to solve this by cutting and overlapping where the front fork would hide the fix. Then I removed the patterned vinyl and covered the area with black vinyl.Since I was working alone, I chose to remove the backing of the vinyl sheet only as it became necessary during the application.
The gas tank was also a problem. Perhaps if I had more helpers, (or more experience), it would have turned out differently. I had to make a cut and overlap on the side of the tank. Not very noticeable in the pic, but I may cover it with a narrow piece of black eventually.
I did try using the black vinyl for the mirrors, but in the end decided to go with a can of spray paint and some rubbing compound. Eleven separate parts were covered with vinyl, and there are some small defects in the surface, (even of the piece I paid for), but none of the defects are obvious to the casual observer. In fact, the worst are in places not visible to a standing observer. I am quite pleased with the results. Mike Burke

The service was great! It took about 5 business days to receive the wrap, and I waited another week to attempt the project.
I could tell upon opening the package that this was a great quality product. The wrap was sturdy and thick.
I was very intimidated to attempt the wrap, but i spent a day doing prep work. The first step was to remove everything and clean the cart using simple green. I removed the roof and painted it black. I removed all of the seats, decals, etc. Before applying the wrap, the cart was wiped with denatured alcohol. I first applied the strip under the seat, as this did good to start a base. This was the easiest piece to install. Next was the sides. My wife and I applied the wrap and it was a big project.
I felt comfortable that i had the number to call for install help, though i didn’t use it. I used the hair dryer the seal everything – it seemed to adhere better, but tended to wrinkle or bubble up when i used it before applying. You cant be scared to really pull or stretch the wrap. It did take a few hours of work, and you must be patient with the material. Overall it probably took about 5 hours start to finish, and do not try to do this wrap alone. The wrap came with a squeegee and we also purchased another. We were very satisfied with the finished product. It was some work, but are very satisfied with the results. Everyone rubbernecks when they see us cruising our golf car around the neighborhood, and asks us where we got it painted. Most people have no idea that it is a wrap.
ORDER Blue Black Flame
Our Customer Brian Large said about his Blue Black flame bike wrap:
Well as you can see i never got around to taking those pictures of my wifes bike. I have been working long hours and so we havent rode for a while. I did however look through some of our pictures we have and found these. The coolest thing about her bike is that the fire on the tank looks like a face. You can clearly see it in the photo. These wraps are easy to do if you take your time with it. The key here is patience ! I am very impressed with your product. hers has been on for over a year now and looks just like it did when we first wrapped it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to drastically change the appearance of their ride without spending an absolute fortune !

Oh my goodness your bike’s on fire!!! This Kawasaki Z1000 was originally just a Red machine like every other Z 1000. Jeremy contacted us with his idea and after a bit of discussion and measuring he purchased a custom made Real Flame “do it your self” vinyl wrap just for his bike. His Kawasaki was transformed into one of the hottest looking naked street bikes on the road. These pictures are just a sample of what we can do for you for a fraction of the price of a custom air brush paint job & the cool thing is if you ever want to change the look of the bike you can remove the material will little to no left over adhesive.
JEREMY’S COMMENTS: When I first had thoughts of getting a custom paint job on my bike. I had no idea of the prices they would cost…. then I found powersportswraps.com and happen to find the exact design I wanted! and for WAY LESS then a paintjob! its rare, custom and looks real sharp now. I had no idea how good it would look… as each vinyl was installed I was eager to install the next….. once completed I took pictures and as you look at it on the website, I must say the pictures still dont do it justice!
