Special thanks to Tom who sent us his photos of his 2011 Ultra Classic Harley-Davidson Bagger with a custom Blue flame wrap design we produced just for him.  Tom asked us if we could make pieces for various sections of his bike.  We custom designed his art based on his provided dimensions & here is the final result.  Just imagine what this would cost from a custom air-brush artist…. Those skulls are not custom paint it’s a vinyl wrap.  Take a look at Johnny Dunn’s super cool chopper with our Chrome Illusions Skull wrap.  Johnny wanted to protect his lower chin spoiler & add some custom effects to his bike but keep the colors coordinated.  He shopped around for custom air-brush pricing but quickly learned it was out of his budget.  Once he found our vinyl bike wrap  product she was super excited to purchase & apply our film on the bike himself. All of our vinyl wraps are sold as “DIY” do it yourself products. This custom bike wrap was done for one of our customers all the way from Soul Korea.  Terry Washington shipped us all the parts off his ZX-7 Kawasaki  & told us to have some fun.  He choose our Confusion Lime Green wrap pattern for the base effect & told us to incorporate some checker flag with it.  As you can see the bike came out great!!  We even incorporated custom ZX-7 emblems on the tail section for him.  Once we had the custom sport bike vinyl wrap applied to his bike parts we carefully boxed them back up & shipped them back to Korea.

Check out this really cool super high definition bike wrap pattern created by Ben Macosko of Erie, PA.  Ben has a background in graphic design & as you can see he’s pretty good in photoshop as well.  Ben contacted us with a request that we produce his vinyl sport bike wrap design for him & that he would apply it once we had it ready for him.

After a bit of discussion on file type & dpi, Ben got to work designing his sport bike wrap in Adobe Photoshop. Sport bike wrap designed by first time user & produced by powersportswraps.com, customer applied wrap, diy vinyl wraps,

He provided the file to us & we produced the product for him on the wrapping film with the glossy sheet laminate for added protection just like we produce all of our vinyl bike wraps.  Ben used 5 sheets of vinyl wrapping film on his 02 Honda F4i.

A few months back Victory Motorcycles contacted us about participating in a project for Rupertskids.org.  They wanted us to wrap a new Victory Vision 8 Ball in Rupert’s trade mark tie dye effect.  We a bit of back and forth with regard to ideas & layout we were able to come up with a pattern that Rupert really liked.  It’s now called Tie Dye flame & is available on our website.  Rupert himself rode the bike to us from Ill & we applied the wrap here at the shop.  Once we were done the bike was trucked out to Long Beach CA for the Long Beach Motorcycle in mid Dec. The bike was unveiled in front of a great crowd & Rupert himself.  The bike was a big hit with all in attendance.  Here are some photos of the process & finished product.    If you have a bike wrap project feel free to contact us with your ideas.
