Check out this really cool super high definition bike wrap pattern created by Ben Macosko of Erie, PA. Ben has a background in graphic design & as you can see he’s pretty good in photoshop as well. Ben contacted us with a request that we produce his vinyl sport bike wrap design for him & that he would apply it once we had it ready for him.
After a bit of discussion on file type & dpi, Ben got to work designing his sport bike wrap in Adobe Photoshop. 
He provided the file to us & we produced the product for him on the wrapping film with the glossy sheet laminate for added protection just like we produce all of our vinyl bike wraps. Ben used 5 sheets of vinyl wrapping film on his 02 Honda F4i.

I’VE ALLWAYS LIKED TO BE ORIGINAL. I GOT SO SICK OF SEEING THE SAME OL’ PAINT SCHEMES AND KNOCK OFF FAIRINGS OVER THE INTERNET… THATS WHY I DECIDED I WANTED TO DO SOMETHING OFF THE WALL.. I’VE WORKED WITH DECAL VINYL BEFORE AND PHOTOSHOP/CORELL DRAW.. SO I KIND OF KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO… I E-MAILED PETE ON WHAT I WANTED AND SENT HIM SOME PROOFS ON WHAT I WAS PLANNING ON DOING… WITH IN MINUTES HE WAS E-MAILING ME BACK ABOUT WHAT SIZE AND DPI EVERYTHING SHOULD BE IN.. IT TOOK ME A FEW DAYS TO FINISH THE DESIGN TO THE DEMENSIONS AND WE WERE OFF AND RUNNING… SEEING THAT WE ARE IN THE CITY… HE HAND DELIVERED EVERYTHING TO ME THE NEXT DAY!!!, WITH MANY USEFUL TIPS ON HOW TO APPLY THE VINYL… AT FIRST IT WAS A LITTLE TRICKY KNOWING HOW MUCH HEAT TO USE AND FAR YOU CAN STRETCH IT BUT THE MATERIAL IS SO GREAT THAT IF YOU STRETCH A LITTLE TOO FAR, JUST WAND THE HEAT BACK OVER IT AND IT RETURNS BACK TO IT’S STARTING SHAPE… IT CAN BE A LITTLE EXHAUSTING AT TIMES… BUT IF YOU JUST STICK WITH IT YOU’LL BE AMAYZED AT WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT. PETE AND THE GANG ARE REALLY AWESOME PEOPLE AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO THANK THEM FOR EVERYTHING THEY DID TO HELP MAKE MY BIKE TRUELY ONE OF A KIND..
