Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™ may modify the agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement. These terms & conditions also set forth sales agreements concerning the purchase of products on the web site.
Camouflage
NOTE: Camouflage patterns may vary in scale & color if you are trying to match patterns on UTV’s, ATV, Side by Sides and other similar machines. Please contact us before ordering. A restocking fee would apply on orders being returned.
Binding Product Sales, Returns and Terms & Conditions
All products purchased from us are considered custom since they are produced at time of order to ensure you receive fresh, new product. Because vinyl has a shelf life, we do not accept returns. Once the product has been produced your order and sale is final and no refund or return is possible even if the item has not been shipped. All sales become final at time of production. We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction related to color. It is the sole responsibility of you the consumer to be sure you understand what you are ordering and any color concerns you may have. All sales are final. Please be sure to ask any/all questions prior to ordering.
International Orders
All international orders must use a freight forwarding company as we are not shipping internationally at this time.
Custom Order Requests
PowerSportsWraps.com, a subsidiary of Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™ creates and outputs all products according to the information supplied by the customer. Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.™ is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
All digitally printed pattern orders are non returnable & non refundable purchases. (custom orders are any order item that is not a standard size sheet or pattern listed on the website & time of purchase this could be but is not limited to: shape, size, color, appearance, hue, effects and anything that relates to the editing of appearance or
size of the product.
All customers placing an order must take special care to order carefully and completely, making sure the information is correct before completing the order. Please make sure you are well informed about the product you wish to purchase understanding the pro’s and con’s of the said product. Product Warranty Disclaimer
A one year limited warranty on manufacturer defects is provided in connection with some of the products sold on the web site. Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. is in no way responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the sale of products, the web site-related services and/or content or information contained within the web site.
Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the decals, wraps, graphics, fender trim or surface of which items are being applied to during or after installation, pre-application surface prep or removal.
Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. accepts no responsibility for improper or negligent application techniques which results in less than desirable results some of which may be but not limited to: wrinkles, bubbles, over-stretching, incorrect surface preparation, incorrect positioning and more. Results may vary base on individual application abilities, skills, environment and other unseen factors in which the above mentioned have no control.
In the case whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation, application, surface prep, application temperature or other procedures, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this information from a qualified or knowledgeable source prior to applying products purchased by Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc.
General
These Terms of Service are the entire agreement between Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. and you in connection with your use of the ‘web site’. These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, without regard to their principles of conflicts of law. Any action to enforce these Terms of Service will be brought in the federal courts located in Pennsylvania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of any proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service. Any part of these Terms of Service found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction will be replaced with language reflecting the original purpose in a valid and enforceable manner. The enforceable parts of this Agreement will remain binding upon the parties. By choosing to access
the web site from any location other than the United States, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all local laws. You are also subject to any United States export controls and are responsible for any violations of United States applicable embargoes or other federal rules and regulations restricting exports.
Intellectual Property
All text, software (including source and object codes), data, information, visual, oral or other digital material, and all other content of any description available on the web site or included in any services we offer (collectively, the “Content”), and all worldwide copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, patent registration rights, trade secrets, know-how, database rights and all other rights in or relating to the Content (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) are owned by Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc., or its affiliates or third parties who have given us permission to use it.

We may change these Terms of Service from time to time by posting revised Terms of Service on the web site, without notice to you. Your subsequent use of the web site will be governed by the new Terms of Service.
Damaged Shipping Container/Package
If your order arrives and its shipping container appears crushed, folded, or severely damaged, notify us ASAP and keep all packaging and contents for proof. The freight company may have to come pick up the damaged package from you. An inquiry and investigation process from the freight company will proceed and will usually take 7-10 business days.
Color Accuracy/Returns
Sharper Images Tint and Wraps, Inc. ® is not responsible nor has any control of the color rendering of each image displayed on the website. (This means that the product you order may have a different color in person than it did on your computer screen.)
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to ask any questions regarding color rendering & image design prior to ordering product. A 40% restocking fee will apply to any item that qualifies to be returned due to mistaken order by the customer.
Disclaimer: Some image colors may appear different in person than as they appear online. Photos and pattern colors of our vinyl wraps installed can change over time due to variation and print profile settings. Be sure to confirm latest color rendering before you order if looking for a specific colors for your project.
Reorders
If you have ordered a product and have to place another order for more material at a later date, we can not guarantee that your reorder material we be an exact match in color or appearance than your original order. We highly recommend that you order enough film to complete your intended project.
A variation of colors from one order to the next of the same product is normal. This may require that you measure your intended surface area prior to placing an order. If you need assistance to do so please contact customer service & they would be glad to assist you.
